The products ordered online ( by our customers are individually made in accordance with their choices, so we expect our customers to support our NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

In any case there will be absolutely NO REFUND OF AMOUNT PAID.

We only accept returns in the following cases.

1. If you have received a damaged product (or)

2. If you have received a different product than what you have ordered. 

Also  NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE POLICY for products under SALE !


  • If upon receipt of the package, you notice that the packing is damaged / tampered, do not accept the package from the courier company. If any discrepancy is found, kindly lodge a complaint with the courier company’s local office for the same.
  • It shall be a rare situation that the product received by you is damaged, defective or if you have not received the right product, then please email us at within 24 hours of receipt of product wherein you have to clearly mention the details of the complaint with the product that you have received. We will then examine this product for the complaint mentioned in your email.Please retain the product with its packaging and wait for our response regarding the reported problem.
  • Incase, you receive a damaged product or wrong item, you can return the product to us with prior intimation to us within 24 hrs of receipt of product. The returned product (damaged or wrong item) should reach us within 4-6 working days of our confirmation in its original condition and packing along with a copy of the invoice. If the product does not reach to us within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the packet, we cannot help you in replacing the product or exchanging it with any other product.
  • Please note here that if any product is returned to us without our confirmation, we will not take any guarantee for replacement of the product. Any product being returned back to us should be done only through courier.
  • Any shipping costs of returning the product back to us is to be borne entirely by the customer. The safe receipt of the returned product(s) to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of a returned product with our confirmation, Kalathmika Weaves shall take one of the below appropriate actions:

  • If the error has occurred due to inaccurate specifications made by the customer, we shall proceed to make the necessary modifications / alterations, at the cost of the customer. If however the original fabric isn’t available to make the necessary modifications, we may use plain fabric of the same color, and the cost of the same will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Upon receipt of a genuine defect/variation in the returned product, the defective item will be replaced with the same product (design) as early as possible. In the case that the originally ordered product is not unavailable, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you. Kalathmika Weaves shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever. “We strictly do not entertain any cancellations or refund requests. We follow a very strict ‘No-refund’ policy. Our products are of the finest quality and workmanship and we have satisfied customers worldwide. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly to improve our products and quality of service.
  • In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Kalathmika Weaves is unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, Kalathmika Weaves shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
  • While Kalathmika Weaves shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product as compared to that shown on the website, this is mostly due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of your own monitor screens.
    A customer while placing the order should consider this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.


  • Products, which are embellished with sequins, mirrors,  beads, glitter work may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
  • Colors such as red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
  • The colors green/rama green and blue at times may overlap. Similar is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
    Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
